Tunnel camp Terms & CONDITIONS

By booking a place on a JST Coaching tunnel camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your place on the camp. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement can be found for your slot.

If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for trying to find a replacement. JST Coaching may help where possible, but cannot guarantee that your place can be filled.

Any replacement flyer must be approved by JST Coaching before the booking can be transferred. This is to ensure they are suitable for the camp level, group structure, and coaching plan.

Tunnel Time Payment

Tunnel time must be paid in full no later than one month before the camp starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Tunnel time is booked and committed to in advance, so late payments can affect the whole group.

If the tunnel time balance is not paid by the deadline, JST Coaching reserves the right to offer your place to another flyer. In this case, your deposit may be lost.

Coaching Fees

Coaching fees are separate from tunnel time unless clearly stated otherwise.

Coaching fees must be paid by the agreed deadline before the camp or at the time agreed when booking.

Cancellations by the Flyer

If you cancel after paying your deposit, the deposit is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement is found and approved.

If you cancel after tunnel time has been paid, any refund will depend on whether the tunnel allows the time to be refunded, transferred, or resold.

If a replacement flyer is found, any money already paid can only be transferred or refunded once the replacement flyer has paid for the slot.

If no replacement is found, payments may be retained.

Cancellations or Changes by JST Coaching

JST Coaching will make every reasonable effort to run the camp as planned.

However, camps may need to be changed, postponed, or cancelled due to tunnel availability, travel disruption, illness, injury, safety concerns, facility issues, or circumstances outside of JST Coaching’s control.

If JST Coaching cancels the camp, any coaching fees paid will be refunded or transferred to a future camp.

Tunnel time refunds will depend on the tunnel’s own cancellation policy.

JST Coaching is not responsible for additional costs such as flights, hotels, travel, food, transfers, insurance, or other personal expenses.

Travel, Flights & Accommodation

Flights, travel, food, insurance, airport transfers, visas, and personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated.

Accommodation may be offered or arranged as part of the camp logistics, but this will be confirmed separately.

You are responsible for making sure you arrive on time and are able to attend the full camp.

If you miss tunnel time because of delayed flights, missed trains, illness, injury, travel disruption, or personal circumstances, refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Skill Level & Suitability

You must provide honest information about your tunnel experience, skydiving experience, current ability, and any relevant injuries or medical conditions.

JST Coaching may adjust your training plan based on your ability, safety, progression, and the needs of the group.

The aim is to help everyone progress safely and efficiently, not to rush through skills before they are ready.

If your level is not suitable for the camp booked, JST Coaching may need to change your coaching plan, move you to different drills, or adjust the structure of your flying.

Tunnel Rules & Safety

All flyers must follow the rules and safety procedures of the tunnel facility.

This includes safety briefings, instructor instructions, equipment rules, behaviour standards, and any local requirements.

The tunnel facility has final authority over whether a person is allowed to fly.

If the tunnel refuses you access, removes you from flying, or limits your flying due to safety, behaviour, injury, intoxication, late arrival, or failure to follow instructions, no refund is guaranteed.

Injuries, Fitness & Insurance

Tunnel flying is a physical activity and carries risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to fly.

You must inform JST Coaching before the camp of any relevant injuries or medical conditions, including shoulder, back, neck, or heart conditions, previous dislocations, or anything that may affect safe participation.

You are strongly advised to have suitable travel and activity insurance covering indoor skydiving and travel disruption.

JST Coaching is not responsible for injuries, illness, lost property, travel disruption, or costs caused by circumstances outside its control.

Behaviour

All flyers are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, tunnel staff, accommodation providers, and other camp members.

Aggressive, unsafe, disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the camp without refund.

The camp is designed to be a positive learning environment, and all participants are expected to contribute to that.

Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for coaching, debriefing, and promotional use.

Please inform JST Coaching in writing before the camp if you do not want to appear in promotional content.

Video may also be used for coaching review and feedback.

Transfers

Bookings are not automatically transferable.

Any transfer to another person must be approved by JST Coaching first.

The replacement flyer must be suitable for the camp and must agree to these terms and conditions.

Agreement

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

You also understand that the deposit secures your slot and is non-refundable unless a suitable replacement is found.

JST Coaching recommends that all flyers have appropriate travel and activity insurance before attending a tunnel camp.
